This notice explains how AnyiGame handles information submitted through this publishing website. IQRun has a separate game privacy policy.
What you share
The contact form collects your name or nickname, email, a short introduction to you and your game, and optional preferred contact details and a game or portfolio link. Please do not send player-level personal data, passwords or private access keys.
How we use it
We use these introductions to get to know developers, stay in touch and explore potential publishing collaborations. Submitting a game does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter. Submission summaries and contact details may be sent through Telegram to our designated team member for review. Full submissions remain in our private inbox.
Storage and access
Submissions are stored on our hosting server and accessed for review and site operation. The server also processes request information for security and abuse prevention. Submission rate limiting uses a keyed hash of the network address. Rate-limit records older than 24 hours are removed when a later submission is processed. Standard hosting access logs may include network addresses.
Browser storage and external links
We remember your language choice in browser storage. If you switch language while writing a message, a temporary draft is kept in this tab and removed after restoration or successful submission. We also record the interface language with your message. The publishing website does not read your IQRun game save. Game pages and external platforms have their own policies.
Your choices
You can request access, correction or deletion of your submission by contacting woodyaimeng@gmail.com from the email address you used. We may need to verify the request. We retain submissions while they are useful for evaluating or discussing the proposed collaboration; you can ask us to remove them.
